How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 7 days for unframed print orders. For framed orders please allow 10 to 12 business days.

Does ArtInspires.com have a guarantee?

At ArtInspires.com, we want to make sure that you are happy with all of the purchases that you make from us. If however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from ArtInspires.com, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a refund (less a nominal shipping charge of $5.00 per print). Simply contact our customer service department at service@ArtInspires.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Please include your name, address, and phone number in your email.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Money Orders denominated in American dollars, Corporate Purchase Orders and Personal Checks. Personal checks may add 1 to 2 weeks to delivery.

Do you accept Corporate Purchase Orders?

Yes. Purchase Orders can be faxed to us at 248-741-6358. All purchase Orders must be accompanied by a letter on official corporate stationary. Upon receipt of the purchase order our Sales Department will call to confirm receipt the purchase order and verify the specifics. Corporate Purchase Orders can also be mailed to us at:

When do you charge my credit card?

Your order is processed over our Secure Server on the same day it is received.

What if I don’t want to place an order over the Internet?

You have several options in ordering your Art with ArtInspires.com;

a) You can place your order through our secure server online ordering system.

  1. You may call us at 727-639-2589. and speak with one of our representatives.
  2. You can fax your order in to us at 248-741-6358.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

ArtInpires.com is headquartered in Clearwater, Florida. We are required by law to collect a 7% sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida addresses.

Ordering Information

When will I receive my order?

The normal turnaround time for orders of framed prints in the continental United States on all items that we have in stock is about two weeks from the time we receive your order. International Clients please allow 4 to 5 weeks for all framed prints to be delivered.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of the time that you placed it.

What if I can’t find the print that I am looking for?

We suggest that you e-mail our customer service with exactly what it is that you are looking for.

They can be reached at service@ArtInspires.com. They will try and locate the print for you but they cannot guarantee it.

Shipping Information

What is the cost of shipping and handling?

All clients in the Continental United States receive free shipping on all orders that they place with ArtInspires.com. For our International Clients our international shipping rates are as follows:

Framed is $15.00 per print.

All overseas orders please allow 4 – 5 weeks for delivery.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do ship overseas. Our normal turnaround time for overseas orders is 4 – 5 weeks.

Should you need an exact shipping quote because you desire to receive your order sooner please let us know your country of origin and how quickly you want to receive your order. We will e-mail you back an exact quote.

Do you have distributors overseas?

No. However we do ship overseas to all of our customers.

Can you RUSH a shipment if we need the ART for an upcoming special occasion?

Yes we can RUSH a shipment to you or your recipient. We have on occasion even framed some orders for the very next day arrival. However, most of the time this is not possible.

Please let us know how quickly you need it and our Customer Service Representatives will provide you with an exact quote. Normally the added charges are the increased rates charged by United Parcel Service for faster delivery.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

No. We are unable to ship to a Post Office Box.

Can you ship to an alternate location?

Yes, for up to 4 framed prints only. On the order form simply state where you would like the order shipped to and we will be happy to oblige. A copy of the invoice will not accompany the drop shipment.

Can you include a special message on orders that I buy as a gift for someone else?

Absolutely. On the order form simply write what you want to say and we will communicate those sentiments on a beautiful gift card to your recipient. No charge.

Can I purchase just a frame, mat or glass?

We are a custom framing gallery. We do not sell Art Supplies at ArtInspires.com.

Do you offer a catalog?

Due to the rapidly changing supply of prints by our publishers it makes it impossible to maintain a catalog for our customers. We invite you to check our website regularly as we add new inventory every month.

Do you have motivational posters other than what is shown?

Our entire inventory is listed on our website. We invite you to check back regularly as we add new prints every month.

What if my order is damaged?

We want to make sure that you are happy with all of the purchases you make from ArtInspires.com. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service department at service@ArtInspires.com immediately for further instructions. We will ship an identical replacement to you at no additional charge once the damaged print is returned. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials from the damaged print.

What is your return policy?

At ArtInspires.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from ArtInspires.com, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a refund. Please contact customer service at service@ArtInspires.com for a

Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

To return your order, simply pack your print in the same packaging it was shipped and return it within 15 days to:

Please be sure to include all the necessary information to process your return such as your packing slip and a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping fees of $5.00. Also, you must pay your return shipping costs as well.

Security and Privacy

Is it safe to use my credit card?


ArtInspires.com uses secure server software (SSL) to prevent your private information from being compromised in any way. Our secure server encrypts the information you enter before it is sent over the Internet. This greatly decreases the ability of outsiders to gain access to, and use your personal data or credit card information. To date we have not had any reported instances of any security-related problems with our secure server.

How does ArtInspires.com use my personal information?

We do not loan, sell share our customer information with anyone.

If you have placed an order at ArtInspires.com, we may, from time to time, use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about new prints and offerings from ArtInspires.com. If you do not wish to receive such updates, please contact us at unsubscribe@ArtInspires.com.
